Inside Line Promotions – BRANDON, S.D. (June 2, 2025) – Jack Dover earned his best World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series result since August 2014 last Friday at River Cities Speedway, where he made his debut.

Dover’s charge from 19th to 12th at the dirt oval in Grand Forks, N.D., was the first of back-to-back nights of making the World of Outlaws feature as he duplicated the feat on Saturday at Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, N.D. The Tim Estenson Motorsports driver capped the weekend by capturing the Hard Charger Award on Sunday at Huset’s Speedway for the second straight week.

“Overall, I’m satisfied to make all of the features, including two with the World of Outlaws,” he said. “We definitely have to work on our stuff for the beginning of the night. Too often we struggle, chase all night and then get better. I’d say we’ve proven we have speed. We just need to start the night off better.”

Dover qualified 23rd quickest before he advanced from sixth to fifth place during a heat race on Friday. The rally from 19th to 12th in the A Main was tied for the second-most positions gained as he posted his best result with ‘The Greatest Show on Dirt’ in more than a decade.

“We got better as the race went on and really good at the end of the race,” he said. “I got more aggressive toward the end. Racing with the Outlaws, you have to be on kill from the get-go. I was pretty pumped. We were the first non-Outlaws driver in the results. It was a great night for us.”

Dover also made his debut at Red River Valley Speedway on Saturday. He timed in 27th quickest before maneuvering from ninth to eighth place in a heat race and from sixth to fourth place in the Last Chance Showdown. That earned a transfer into the back of the main event.

“On Saturday we rode around the top throughout the feature,” he said. “To be able to keep up with (Mark) Dobmeier, who I’m sure has won plenty of races and wins there and a lot of experience, was good. That was a good night to learn.”

Dover moved forward a pair of positions to end 20th.

The weekend wrapped up on Sunday at Huset’s Speedway, where Dover was fifth quickest in his group. He placed fifth in a heat race and gained a position to end second in a B Main, garnering the 24th starting position into the A Main.

“I watched the track work and thought the ruts might form up again so I had to be aware of that,” he said. “I made some adjustments on the car and got better as the night went on. I’d say we were a seven out of a 10. I was able to go through the middle of (turns) one and two and diamond it to catch some moisture and then the rip the top in (turns) three and four.”

Dover rallied from 24th to a 10th-place result to pass the most cars. It marked his third top 10 in four races at the track this season.

The team will return to Huset’s Speedway next Sunday. Dover is currently tied for third in the championship standings – only 40 points out of the lead.
